English chat rainbot has been disabled for almost a week now. I went around in every other language chat to see that they still have theirs running and at twice the capacity English chats rainbot was when it was active. I reached out to support thinking maybe there was an issue and it was broken. This was the case no more than 4 months ago when it "Broke" I brought it up with support and they fixed it within a day that time.
This time I brought it up with support that our chats rainbot was potentially broken. I was hurt to learn that ENGLISH chat and ONLY ENGLISH chat was not supposed to have rainbot active and therefore was disabled. I find this very unfair and kind of discriminative against us English speakers.

Why is this even remotely fair to ALL your ENGLISH speaking customers. We wager, we gamble with our money and we are people just like everyone else. Please Fix this to where we ALL have EQUAL rights please, Thank you.
