Hello, I wanted to share an experience I went through and open a topic here to prevent others from facing the same situation... I received an email from Stake.com offering a $25 bonus, and I turned this bonus into $117 and made a withdrawal. However, when I checked the email again, I saw that it stated I needed to make a $100 bet and that I had received a $25 reward. This email was sent on 03.07.2025, but the first $25 bonus I received was on 04.07.2025. I claimed this $25 on 05.07.2025 and withdrew it as $117. Then, to fulfill the $100 bet requirement (as mentioned in the email), I made a deposit, placed a $117 sports bet, and lost. Today, I contacted live support saying I didn’t receive the $25, and the support agent told me that I had already received the bonus. I then explained that I hadn't received any such promotion after 03.07.2025 and asked how I could have received it. The support agent responded that the first $25 bonus was from that email. I then checked my betting history and saw that on 03.07.2025, the day the email arrived, I hadn’t placed any bets, and I only used the $25 I received on 04.07.2025 to play. I then looked at my previous bets and noticed that I had placed a bet on 02.07.2025. I informed live support that the games I played 30 hours before the promotion email were counted as part of the promotion. Now, here’s the issue I want to explain. How could I have known that I participated in this promotion after I received the email? I was forced to participate in the same promotion twice. On the second round, I lost $117. When a promotion email arrives, how can I know if the bets I made in the past two days are counted as part of that promotion? Additionally, the email sent on 04.07.2025 doesn’t say "You won a $25 reward for the promotion from 03.07.2025," so I thought the $25 bonus was one of the ongoing bonuses that Stake.com sends regularly. Since I hadn’t placed a bet when I received the email, how was I supposed to know? Later, I lost $117, and I was told I had already received the reward for the promotion. I explained that I felt misled, but live support did not provide any assistance.
My suggestion is as follows: when a promotional email is sent, it could include a number in parentheses, for example (#113245), and when the reward payment is made, the message could state, "Your reward (#113245) has been credited." If this had been the case, I would have known that I participated in this promotion and received its reward. Due to the way the emails were sent, I ended up losing $117. I hope you take these points seriously and implement them.
In short, the issue is that the games I played 30 hours before receiving the email ended up qualifying for the promotion mentioned in the email, which arrived 30 hours later. This is a problem caused by me trying to complete the promotion after receiving the email. If I didn't know Stake.com, this would appear as a scam. Why would a promotion email come to me after I’ve already participated in the promotion? How could I have known that my regular gameplay 30 hours earlier would qualify for a promotion I wasn’t aware of?
In the image below, I completed a promotion for Sweet Bonanza that arrived 30 hours after I played. How could I have known that I had completed the promotion after receiving the email? Since I didn’t know about this promotion and unknowingly completed it, I ended up losing $117 and tried again. However, due to an error on your part, I wasn’t able to receive the reward.
And in this image, you can see that on the 3rd and 4th of this month, I didn’t place any bets, and on the 4th, I received a $25 that I could claim. (The promotion email arrived on the 3rd of this month, and I completed it on the 5th, but it’s stated that the reward was sent on the 4th and I claimed it on the 5th. However, I actually completed the promotion after receiving the reward. )
