  1. My account has been suspended because of 4 years ago I wrote wrong information.... Like 3 days ago my account has been suspended and nobody tell me why then they want this Now they want the information I first entered 4 years ago in that time it wasn't even necessary kyc 2 when I created my account I wrote random information in that time because I was didn't trust gambling sites then. After like 3-4 months of opening my account, I updated my information and did kyc 2 verification with my correct information and it's been like this for 4 years. Now they are saying u need to confirm your first (4 years ago) information ??? In Stake.com ToS says: 4.3 Where the information stipulated in 4.2. is not provided and/or is not deemed to be complete, accurate or up-to-date at any point in time, Stake reserves the right to suspend the Stake Account registration and treat any subsequent potentially accepted deposits to the Player’s Stake Account as invalid (and any winnings arising from such deposit as void). Where a Stake Account is suspended, You should contact customer support at [email protected] All my information are correct and up-to-date its not says about first information or anything in the ToS. I been playing on Stake like 4 years there was no problem for 4 years now it's suddenly a problem? What I don’t understand is — my account was already verified at level 2. Later, I submitted my real information and had my account verified. Why are you now asking for the original information?
