2. I spend more than 12 hours in the chat - I rather live in it than spend it.)
3. The moderator's job is to be reasonable for all participants, to be able to correctly and tactfully answer this or that chat participant - and above all, help with those questions that the chat participant asks - help is important for the moderator.
4. The moderator's job is not only to follow the chat rules but also to do incredible and magical things in the chat that I can, I know how to keep the audience - and for 2 years my appearance in the chat and stay only gives positive emotions to everyone who reads me. And I believe that you need to bring positivity to the chat and be reasonable and honest - this is the basis of a fair moderator.
5. There were many violations, I try not to violate, they turned off but did not turn off forever)
6. I worked for 6 months in the "Bolt" (taxi) Support Service - wrote and answered customers in different languages, most of them were Russian.
7. Ready but not long until 2-3 am.
