"Yes — this is part of the latest update on the platform, just released a few days ago 😊 It’s called the “Advanced Deal” or “Bespoke Bonus,” and it was previously available only to Diamond-level users.
In short, once the user reaches 10% on their progress bar, they are eligible to receive a portion of the Diamond I level-up bonus in advance — so they don’t have to wait until they fully reach Diamond I to start enjoying the rewards."
Few hours later she changed her mind and said :
"Based on your current activity, you’re not eligible for one just yet.
However, here’s what I can offer: once you reach 30% on your progress bar, I’ll be able to credit you the first 10% of your level-up bonus in advance. After that, additional portions will be available at each 10% milestone.
Just a quick reminder—when you eventually reach Diamond I, you’ll receive only the final 10% of the level-up bonus, together with the first 20%."
Is this how you treat long-time customers, by frustrating them? It seems like different rules apply to different people. I already completed the required wager for that portion, I don't get what’s the issue?
In general, offering steps like these is a good idea, since the higher tiers demand both time and a significant amount of wagering. But on the other hand, much better communication and transparency are needed — otherwise, people end up feeling misled and frustrated.
