What is your Stake username? bibiyasyo How much time on average do you spend on chat every day? I usually spend around 10–12 hours on the chat each day. Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? A moderator makes sure the chat runs smoothly and stays a safe, respectful place for everyone. That means keeping an eye on the rules, stopping spam or any bad behaviour, helping people out when they need guidance, and keeping the overall vibe positive. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? I enjoy being part of the community here, and I feel like I can help keep things tidy and friendly. I like supporting people and making sure Turkish-speaking users have a good experience in the chat. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? Yes, I’ve been muted twice, I think. It was an experience as well and sometimes you have to go through the negatives to learn from them. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? Yes, I’ve moderated other online communities and chat platforms before, handling user interactions, keeping things within the rules, and helping with community activities. Are you prepared to work at nighttime? Yes, I’m fine with working night shifts when needed. I’m also able to work only during the evenings if needed, as I have the flexibility for nighttime shifts. ℹ️ Additional note: My Turkish is flawless, as I’m a graduate of Turkish Language and Literature, so I have a strong command of the language in all dialects and formal levels. -
