Stake banned the real players from promos and instead let som alt bot farm in to take the prizes, or maybe all these new accounts are house accounts, who knows.

Yeah and now they will just ignore everyone and acting like it’s no big deal, absolute joke.

It’s funny that they are not even trying to hide that it is alt accounts, they will still get away with it and they will get paid meanwhile Stake didn’t have any problems at all with taking my prize money from me in last weeks challenges. Good job Stake 👍

This is not how Stake look at it, because every week you can see a few of the same usernames being in top 5 week after week after week and they are still able to participate in all these promotions.

It's actually crazy @AleksandarG that no one on Stake can give us answers on anything, my host says she can't help me because it is out of her jurisdiction, you are saying the same, the live support are saying that they can't give me any more information and that there is no email to the promotion team that I can contact for more information. So there is not anyone that can help players on Stake. Me and many others that have recieved this email had completed the challenges for last week before this email was sent + I had decent position for both the Reel rumble and the Nolimit miles high promotion, now they sent this email 1 day before these promotions ended, you guys removed me from all leaderboards and winning list and take away prize money of $1200-$1500. I don't think you guys understand how much money it can cost us to play these challenges. I know that it is not your decision to do this, I'm not blaming you for it, but since I can't contact the people that make these decisions I have to say what I think about it somewhere at least.

I am platinum 6 and I wager $500k+ every month on Stake....

I started playing at Stake over 3 years ago, I am platinum 6 and have never really had any problems on Stake until now. The reason I have had Stake as my favorite casino is because of the promotions and challenges they have, they are fun to play and even though they can cost a lot to complete I still enjoy it more then just playing random games, I still play a lot of originals, new slots and do a lot of sportbets too so I don't only play for promotions. Level up, Stake vs Eddie, Reel Rumble, Chaos Collector, Original Ascent challenges are all fun to compete in but now Stake won't let me play them anymore. Today I recieved an email from Stake saying that I will not be eligible for Stake Casino & Sportsbook promotions anymore. I have also seen that many other players have recieved the exact same email today. I completed the Stake vs Eddie challenge for last week and now today they removed me from the winning list and won't pay me the winnings. I have also completed the Level up and the Original Ascent challenge, and I guess they will not pay me for that either. Other then that I have spent a lot of time and money on the Reel Rumble challenge and the Nolimit Miles High challenge which I won't get paid for either now I guess. So that will be around $1500 in prizes they will just take away from me without even thinking about how much it have cost me to play them. I have never abused any promotions, I always follow all the rules for them and I only have 1 account on Stake and there is no help to get from anyone it seems like. My host said she can't help me with this since it's completely out of her jurisdiction. I'm asking you @AleksandarG @MladenS @NatasaC can you please tell me why I won't get the prizes for challenges I completed before getting this email? And who can I talk to that will tell me why they won't let me participate in any promotions anymore? and please don't tell me to talk to live support, they do nothing. Please give us some help and answers on this / SwePokerNinja

I’m gonna miss out on maybe around $1500 in prizes now because of getting this email, all that I achieved before they sent this, it’s disgusting behaviour from Stake.

I have also got this email today @markusma and am now banned from promotions, I have never abused any promotion in any way, I have 1 account only on Stake. Is this some sort of mistake? @AleksandarG @MladenS @NatasaC ? how can so many of the regular challenges players recieve this email at the same time? I have completed Stake vs Eddie, I have collected 100’s of points for the other promotions and now Stake send a email and won’t pay any of them? Stake offer promotions that players get banned for if they play them? If that’s the case then I guess they want us to go to another site, well done Stake. Have you guys recieved this email too @KartenStapel @Muxagateiro @daffyducky ?

My bets for the nolimit promotion were a little over 50c when I made them, I always make sure so they are not below the minimum required bet.

Thank you A friend of mine finished the Stake vs Eddie challenge after me and his name was on the list so that's why I was thinking that maybe something was wrong when I didn't see my name there, will take a look tomorrow and see if my name is in the leaderboards.
