  19. Hi @NemanjaPi thank you. It just amazes me that it takes coming to the forum to resolve these types of issues, because of how incompetent live support is. I don't mean to be harsh, but they made baseless and false claims, which they were unable to prove. Feel free to lock this topic, it is resolved now, thank you.

I decided to particiate in this promotion: I deligently fufilled the requirements, which were to "Win three bets on Wheel with a 49.50x multiplier (Risk: High and Segments: 50)". Each time I ask why, they avoid the question. I am DISGUSTED at how useless and pathetic live support are.
