Thank you for your message. Indeed, given the absurd and contradictory replies I have received by email, I no longer really expect a resolution to this dispute. One only needs to look at this so-called “support” forum, which no one seems to read, and notice that some posts written later than mine have received replies, to understand that they have deliberately decided to let my request rot. What I mainly want is an explanation: why, despite having fulfilled all the conditions of this challenge, I was not paid. I am simply asking for a clear and straightforward explanation from their side, which I have not obtained so far.
