I am sorry to say this but these recovery support people are absolutely useless. I mean how the hell am I supposed to get into my broken phone ,to get the ip address attached to that flippen phone😡😡😡. I gave them my id number, my email address ,the last currency I have tipped out and all that shit. I just can't give the ip address but they still won't let me into my damn account. And how am I supposed to know how much crypto is in my account when I might have received tips and I received a bday bonus from stake. This is so irritating
@AleksandarG dude you're a mod I'm sure that you can help me by telling that Stefan from the recovery team to stop being unreasonable he doesn't even want to tell me which questions I got wrong. Also he said I should fill it in to the best of my abilities.
