Problem which need to get solved!
Host is on sick-leave or holidays or whatever.... Usually you get backup Host or temp backup Host.
Host conditions: Host is available from monday - saturday
Example: Host X is on sick-leave, so you are able to get in touch with backup Host. But what happend when backup host do have day-off working days? And reload session or other rewards expire!?
You are lost! Cause support is unable to do anything... just replies in a circle...
Backup Host for backup Host doesn't exist. π€£
