I have just received your email informing me that my account is no longer eligible for Stake Casino and Sportsbook promotions.
I must admit that I do not understand this decision.
I am not a high-volume player, and I was surprised to read that my account had allegedly received an excessive amount of bonuses. I have always used my account normally and was not aware that I had exceeded any limits or violated any rules.
Could you please explain in more detail why this restriction has been applied to my account? I would appreciate if you could provide the specific reasons or criteria that led to this decision.
