I'm contacting you because I've been banned from Telegram codes for the second time in less than a month.
According to Stake support, the reason for the ban is that my winnings are too high and the aim is to give other players more chances. That's what they told me.
I play during the week to meet the wagering requirements and take part in Eddie's live show on Saturdays to take advantage of the bonuses he gives out during the show.
So my question is this: does the ban on Telegram codes also apply to coupons on the Saturday show?
In any case, the reasons for the ban are not clearly mentioned in the French-language email I received. That's why I had to contact support to get part of the answer.
I would therefore like to ask Stake to clarify and explain the reasons for the bans in the emails sent to users when they are banned for 7 days for Telegram coupons.
Please be as transparent as possible in your emails when banning. It would be greatly appreciated and, in my case, would save me wasting time fulfilling the wagering requirements if I can't get the bonuses from the lives.
