@Cerebrumye honestly feel you. We need a transparent statement. We are not talking about dropping 20 dollars to some randomly. Been 100 % loyal here for over 2 years and spent a lot aswell. Lately there has been some things going on ....

ye to be honest this is really tilting. You play for years here and also have high wager + high losses. Constantly playing on stake only and then you see non vips/low rank players get random 250-3k bonus emails while we get absolutely nothing ? And what is even more frustrating is that if you ask support/hosts or whoever none "knows" anything nor is willing to find out/explain. 0 Transparency but 100 % frustration. anyways hope you all have a nice day
