Rain bot distributes rain randomly to users who meet certain criteria, including wagering above $3,500 in the last 7 days and having level 2 verification and you also need to be active in chat. If you have fulfilled all of the requirements, you might still not receive rain, because the distribution of rain is random. Even if you meet these requirements, receiving rain is still a matter of luck due to the number of users competing for it.
