First of all, hello everyone. And good luck to all of you. I don't want to take up anyone's time, but unfortunately I have a problem that hasn't been solved for about a month and a half. I hope I can find someone here who can help me. I suspended my account on October 16, 2024. More precisely, my girlfriend, who thought I was spending too much time on the site, asked for my account to be closed while it was open. I noticed it 15 minutes later and immediately objected, but they told me I had to wait at least 6 months. According to the rules, I didn't object to this situation. On April 16, 2025, exactly 6 months after it was closed, I requested to reopen my account. During this process, I was asked some questions that I had to answer. I gave honest and sincere answers to all of them. However, more than a month and a half has passed since I requested to reopen my account, but my account still hasn't been activated. Despite sending several emails to [email protected], I was told each time that the process was ongoing and that I had to wait. What I don't understand is that my account was closed without asking for any information, and when I wanted to reopen it, I had to wait for months. What kind of situation could have happened that would be worth investigating? Has anyone experienced the same thing?
