Today we have a topic about Fiat deposits and withdrawals that we are facing unclear risks from the payment service provider Vietnam (VND) .
we do not intend to offend or mislead or other users in other markets.
First I will talk about Stake's terms and services.

7.10 Deposits are immediately processed and the updated balance is shown in the Stake Account instantly whenever a payment service provider is used. Stake does not take responsibility for any delays caused due to its payment system or due to delays caused by any third party.
Payment service providers may use these terms against you and extend your time or use your money for other purposes.
Recently, our Vietnamese market has opened a fiat deposit and withdrawal gateway through a third-party payment service provider in local currency (VND), but there have been some problems. First, I deposited money on April 11, 2025, but until today, my money is still being held by the payment service provider.
In addition, some users have complained that the deposit is too slow.
What's more, some users cannot withdraw their winnings.
We know that the problem is not with the Operator but with a process or lack of transparency of the payment service provider.
I wrote this article so that the Operator understands that you must have supervision and require the payment service provider to comply more, minimizing risks and related problems for users on Stake. thereby facilitating transactions and improving the user experience.
