May I know after being promised to solve my issue past 3 days why none of your or your colleagues from live support and email support are acknowledging my messages? It has been over 26 hours since I dropped messages on live chat and I have not gotten a reply. Care to explain why please?

Hello, I have been messaging live support from over 10 hours ago now regarding an issue I am facing and none of the staff has even acknowledged my messages on live support chat. I have sent emails as well and the same thing from that end too. Are there any live support representatives online today or all are on holiday because I don't think It's possible that in more than 10 hours not one representative has replied to my message. Very disappointing to have such service towards users. @Steve

Ideal challenges would be hitting something that is not tooo rare on Stake Originals and Sports: Challenge 1: Hitting a combination of 1000x on Plinko 2000x and above on Mines 4500x on Dice Who ever completes the 3 above bets wins the challenge Challenge 2: Hitting the highest multi on a SGM bet on either NFL, NBA or NHL Challenge 3: Hitting a perfect 20x through out sports but instead of minimum 10 legs make it maximum 10 legs.
