What is your Stake username?
Crystar
How much time on average do you spend on chat every day?
Anywhere between 6 to 16 hours. Practically when I'm not sleeping, I'm in or around the Stake chat thanks to my remote job.
Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?
A moderator should set the example by leading with the way they act and behave while ensuring order and fairness within their community. They should unite, not divide and feel unto them the responsibility of provide transparency for their actions while having to take tough decisions in the time of "crisis"(which the Turkish chat goes through fairly frequently).
Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?
I already help the moderators on their diligent efforts to make the Turkish chat a better place through effortlessly reporting with evidences of wrong-doing but I can see that they're having a hard time due to the amount of work that needs to be done. Both to alleviate some of their workload and help the community I'm proud to be a part of to a better place, I want to be a moderator.
Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned?
Yes, twice. Once for chat hopping to Indian chat(though I did NOT talk anything non Hindi), and second for thrashtalking Eddie, which I still maintain that shouldn't be a ban but I understand under the pressure they are, moderators can be less tolerable.
Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?
Yes, plenty. I've been a moderator on several forums(unrelated to Crypto or gambling), and since my day job requires me to interact with several different teams in my business, I do believe I'm well equipped for any human management position.
Are you prepared to work at nighttime?
The most honest answer I can give to this is, I'm already doing what I can to plow through this nightmare; with more tools and more power I genuinely do believe that I can make a difference.
