Role of a Moderator Moderators plays a huge role in many aspects like monitoring conversations, resolving disputes/conflicts , enforcing rules for bad behaviors and abuse, preventing scams , promoting positive discussions chat engagements, reporting any type of issue faced on platform ,etc etc Why I Want to Be a Moderator I have applied for this job a couple of year ago but unfortunately that time there were no jobs available. Everyone here I look is saying about there 12-16 hrs chat time or how they are so useful being a moderator but I don't want to say all these things.
