Hey guys, Just got to VIP 4 (Platinum IV) a couple weeks ago. When I hit VIP 3, I got $2800 level-up and a $120 daily reload for 42 days. When I hit VIP 4, it was only $1800 + $100 reload for 7 days. Daily reload is now at $16 prepay. Also had a day with 650,000 wager and got a top monthly for $250. Bonuses seem to be getting lower and lower compared to before. I know it depends on activity and stuff, but this feels way off from what I expected at Platinum IV and from what others usually get. Can anybody enlighten me? Has anyone else seen their bonuses drop like this right after leveling up, or does it get better with more play? Already messaged my host about it, but curious what you all think. Thanks!

So on the 18th I had a epic day and was up 10k I went to withdraw and I surpassed one of my deposit limits to my wallet so the transaction got reversed. For some reason it got sent back as a new deposit of over 9k. I was confused by this point and go to withdraw to another wallet, it wasn't working. All of a sudden live support contacts me and says I can not with draw my funds with out wager 20%. They told me they saw that the withdrawal for reversed but since it was a " new deposit" there is no other way. How can this be? I thought. You think that after spending so much time and money with there site I would see a little more courtesy. This was unfair. It was also unfair that when trying to sort it out with live support I was transferred to 3 different support reps, so confusing. All in all I'm very upset. I want my 1800 dollars. I emailed support as well. No response. Watch out for this every one!
