1. What is your Stake username?

2. How much time on average do you spend on chat every day?
8 to 12 hours daily.
3. Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?
A moderator is responsible for maintaining order and ensuring a positive, respectful environment in the chat. This includes enforcing rules fairly, resolving conflicts, helping users, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all.
4. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?
I’ve personally encountered unfair treatment in the chat and have also seen the overall quality of the Chinese chatroom deteriorate. I want to contribute to reversing that trend. Coming from a region where both Chinese and Western cultural values coexist, I have a strong sense of fairness and impartiality. I believe I can bring a balanced, transparent, and community-first approach to the moderator role.
5. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned?
Yes, I have been banned in the past — unfairly, in my view. Although the reason was never clearly explained, the experience helped me better understand the importance of transparency and consistent enforcement of rules. It gave me insight into what not to do, and has since shaped me into a more mindful and responsible community member.
6. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?
Yes, I have moderated a gaming-related community before (not casino-related). That platform has since shut down, but the experience taught me how to engage with users, de-escalate conflicts, and support a healthy community dynamic.
7. Are you prepared to work at nighttime?
Yes, I’m fully prepared and flexible with nighttime shifts.
Languages I speak:
Fluent in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Cantonese, English, and Japanese.
