BRUH... Okay now i'm kind of pissed off. I got this E-mail. Got 15k wagerd and cant claim a single code, also rain-banned in chat as far as I can see.
"We've made an update to your account" what really pisses me off here is, what is the reason? I contact Support, awnser:
1. They cant see WHY this happend
2. They cant ask the responsible unit why
3. The "Marketing-team" convinently enough don't talk to players.
SO HERE IS MY QUESTION= If I did something wrong, Stake punishes me with a restriction, then AT LEAST tell me WHY its happening so that I can correct if im doing anything wrong.
Do anyone else know what the reason might be for this shit? I really tryed with support, the dont know. (Leaving me with what conclusion? Im getting randomly bullied by the marketing-team? haha like really....)
Might I add, im liftime down WELL over 100LTC, Plat 1.
Greed that comes on top of haveing so few claims on them codes compared to eligeble players/playerbase on biggest cryptocasino, one BARELY have possibility to claim them if one dont do it within the first 10sec.
It leaves a really sour aftertaste....... Aint the 100LTC you guys already are up on me enough? on top I get blocked from codes. Never have I ever even heard about this on all the other crypto casinos.
With that said, I do acctully like Stake, but this is something to look into, this aint costumer/player-friendly.
