I feel it is a bit of both. You def need some skill to know which cards to pick because sometimes there are multiple routes you could take and try to get different hands either going for something big or trying for something easy like jacks or better to just stay relevant. You obv need the luck for the cards your looking for to actually be dealt.

Just finished watching silicon valley good funny show enjoyed watching it all now have to wait for new episodes .
