Yes, I was already a moderator on a streaming platform whose streamer introduced me to Stake! (If "platform" refers only to betting, then no).
If there reason for sending us this email is because we claim codes from the Telegram then how do you JUSTIFY us who has received 2 times the email, first email WE DON'T GET ANY CODES FOR 7 DAYS! meaning we can't get anything for the 1st week, that is okay, BUT the second email stating again that we can't claim for ANOTHER 7days is fuck up! remember WE DIDN'T GET ANY CODES last week? So how did we violate anything last week that we can't get anything this week as well? GIVE US A PROPER REASON FOR THIS STUPID ACTIONS OF YOURS EDDIE, don't tell us to go to your support that doesn't know anything.
The reason for your restriction was clearly explained in the email you received.
However, if you think there has been a mistake and that you have been unfairly "punished", feel free to contact live support and they will gladly assist you.
Also, I would like to mention that this restriction is not permanent, after 7 days, you will be able to claim codes again.
