Grarg Posted June 15, 2024 #1 Posted June 15, 2024 (edited) I was limited last week and unable to claim bonus drops the whole week. Support refused to tell me why and so I just sat through it. I played like I normally did and today, less than 24 hours after the previous ban expired, I got another email saying I'm limited again, just before the Saturday stream. Anyone else have this happen to them? What is going on? Is it that hard to just add captchas to code drops instead of banning random people for no reason? I got my wager up this week in the expectation that things would be fine after the first round, but literally hours before the stream, I get limited again? How is this not simply fraud? Waited today saturday to see if I get an email, morning and noon I don't get anything! Now after I wager and wasted $$ you sent me email about my account update! This is called scam! Last week I didn't get anything, I accepted that coz you guys might have sent it wrong. In the email it says after 7 days I can claim the drops already. Now you sent an email again stating another 7days! What the fuck is wrong with your heads!. Support can't even give answer about this! And again you guys will stay silent in the stream about this. This is getting out of hand already!

Why the hell is this group needed if they block people for it? Why can’t support give an explanation of the reason for the blocking? Every day I make a deposit and lose, deposit and lose, deposit and lose. They also deprive me of the opportunity to take drops.
