I think we need to raise the turnover required for rain in chat and drops to 20,000 and all the problems with alts and bots are solved.

This is very disgusting, frustrating and a waste of time that cost us money to wagered for the week. Even their support team can no longer support/address this issue. If they really dont mean to do this thing then why not send an email immediately right after the expiration of 7 days banned, they banned us again after a couple of hours and after spending money wagering. Then when the user simply asks, is not able to get any information. I mean if its something users are doing that goes against some T&Cs, why not say it clearly -give warning - give options for user to change then move to perm ban if user persists. But temporary limitation, no explanation, no room to rectify if indeed it's user's fault, to an incentive they dangle for the very same users to not only join but also stick around to climb through the ranks. Stop wagering with dice or you'll be banned from codes and who knows what else in the future.
