the reason is not indicated there, the support did not voice it either, we always look forward to Saturday as entertainment, we collect drops with excitement, but the steak punished ordinary players, without explanation. I think we need to raise the turnover required for rain in chat and drops to 20,000 and all the problems with alts and bots are solved.

Two weeks without receiving any code and I received the email again, what's the reason? The email shows no reason, and the support is even less helpful. Stop deleting forum posts about this, what are you afraid of? wtf, has some new rule been created regarding wager that we weren't told about?

Eddie saying he is stoping bots to claim codes but i reality he ia banning eligible users who wager regularly and now reciveing email 2nd time in a row. That is stupid things stake doing now a days.

I never seen this happen to anyone before reading in this forum, buddies email literally says nothing for a reason & I sure in hell ain’t blind lol. This seems like a knew tactic to scam real players so THEIR bots just claim back all the drops is what it seems like to me honestly.

I believed this is a form of scam system stake strategy because there we're no bases  being banned from codes for 7 days and how can a platinum vip be a bot. This is very disgusting, frustrating and a waste of time that cost us money to wagered for the week. Even their support team can no longer support/address this issue. 

If they really dont mean to do this thing then why not send an email immediately right after the expiration of 7 days banned, they banned us again after a couple of hours and after spending money wagering.  You really meant this scamming us legit players platinum vip since 2011.

Maan this is Really shady!!! Really sus!! - So disgusting!!!!
They decide to go out for bots then limit actual users. Then when the user simply asks, is not able to get any information. I mean if its something users are doing that goes against some T&Cs, why not say it clearly -give warning - give options for user to change then move to perm ban if user persists.
But temporary limitation, no explanation, no room to rectify if indeed it's user's fault, to an incentive they dangle for the very same users to not only join but also stick around to climb through the ranks. 
Or actually take responsibility, acknowledge it's in error, make amends. 
This is insanity!

Don't believe the bullshit of Eddie saying he's banning the bots.I dare him to shut down my account or anyone's account from here if he has proofs we're using a code claimer.He said anyone who dices  to wager and claims codes he's gonna be banned.

 

Stop wagering with dice or you'll be banned from codes and who knows what else in the future.

What is going on? Is it that hard to just add captchas to code drops instead of banning random people for no reason?

I got my wager up this week in the expectation that things would be fine after the first round, but literally hours before the stream, I get limited again? How is this not simply fraud?

Do you use  auto-claim?
