i dont know about others but i am from

india, and i know this is not the right group for the issue i am facing but since you mentioned to reach out the live support …. I would like to inform you that since past wednesday stake live support has not been very actively attending my messages/queries. They are not even seeing it. 
 

i received just 1 reply to my query after almost 2 days

 

earlier they used to attend it very soon, if late then max by end of 24hrs.

Same thing has happened to me multiple times and no, there is not a reason listed in the email and no point in reaching out to support because despite the generic reason they give it you prove that it happened after you claimed little to no drops they say they are not sure why and it is handled in another department and they cannot do anything to help.
