1. Stake Username : starbucksmocha 2. I spend around 7-8 hours on Chat. 3. I've previously worked as a Chat Moderator on Discord & Sub Moderator on Reddit. Job of a moderator would be to : (i) To enforce server rules to the users, time and again explaining & reminding them of the server rules. If they fail to follow the server rules, a Moderator would Mute the user for couple of hours to days depending on the strike. If its 1st strike if would be few hours. His 5th strike it would be a week. (ii) To keep the Server Environment positive & welcoming. By greeting the users during the morning & evening, keeping them active by posting small puzzles, posting updates etc. (iii) To manage what's being said in the chat, remove any unnecessary spam or unrelated posts on the Chat. Tell users not to send spam etc. (iv) Most important job of a moderator is to de-escalate the situation. Online Chats are more like Debates. Sometimes users get carried away, tensions arise & start making personal insults at each other. Moderator job is to de-escalate that situation, warn both users to cool it, if they don't, mute them both to keep the sanity of the Chat. (v) Helping & Informing the users about Promotions, Giveaways & Bonuses(This would be for Stake). Reminding them to check their Emails, follow Twitter(now X) , Telegram for recent updates. 4. Reason I want to become a Chat Moderator is, I've seen we don't have enough Chat Moderators to control the spamming (users asking for tips or users relentlessly spamming about bonuses). Present mods are doing well but I think with my previous Discord & Reddit Moderator experience, I could be the best in the job & keep the community happy & cheerful. 😀 5. Nope. I've never been warned or muted or banned. Infact I'm one of the best users on Chat. Mostly help users about Sportsbetting & upcoming games. 6. Yes. I have previously worked as Moderator on a Sports Discord server, I was one of the mods on a Youtube Poker live stream & as a Moderator on a Reddit Sub(community). Worked as a Discord Mod for an year & on Youtube Live Chat & Reddit for couple of months. 7. Yes I'm willing to work nighttime & I have no problems with that.
