I wanted to report something that seems to be a serious calculation or display glitch involving the Magnet Mode feature.
On October 17, 2025, I placed two bets:
Bet ID: 412,481,334,194
Bet ID: 412,481,234,798
Each bet was CA$10, on Crazy Level with Magnet Mode ON.
Here’s what happened:
Both rounds visually showed that I hit x25 and x5 multipliers, but the payout results were calculated as x0.25 and x0.05 instead — multipliers that don’t exist in any version of the game (with or without Magnet Mode).
Stake support told me this was because the “base bet” was reduced to 0.10 CAD (0.07 USDC) and that Magnet Mode divides the multiplier by 100x. However, this explanation doesn’t match the gameplay because:
The minimum bet allowed in the game is 0.10, so placing less is impossible.
My wallet is set to ‘Display Crypto in Fiat’, meaning my total bet per round was CA$10.
x0.05 and x0.25 multipliers don’t exist anywhere in the game’s design.
If Magnet Mode actually reduces multipliers by 100×, that mechanic isn’t documented or visible to the player.
I even provided a screen recording showing exactly when the multipliers landed and the payout mismatch.
All I’m asking is for a technical review from the provider team or senior support, because this looks like a real bug in how Magnet Mode calculates payouts.
