I don’t think so im late for this Stake username: @vaibhupopli 1) On average, I spend around 9-10hours daily active in chat and regularly follow conversations throughout the day. 2) A moderator’s job is to maintain a friendly and safe chat environment by enforcing chat rules, helping users, preventing spam/toxicity/scams, answering basic questions, and keeping the community active and positive. 3) I want to become a moderator because I am very active in the community, enjoy interacting with people, and would like to help keep the chat enjoyable and well-managed for everyone. I also believe I can communicate well with Indian-speaking users and assist them properly. 4) I have not been banned before. (If true, you can also add: “I may have received minor warnings in the past, but I always respect the rules and learned from them.”) 5) I have experience moderating/managing communities on platforms like Telegram and understand how to handle users professionally and fairly. (If you don’t have experience, say: “No official moderation experience yet, but I have experience managing online communities and chats.”) Yes, I am prepared to work during nighttime hours and can stay active when needed.
