The greatest highlight would be the fact that I made it through. No matter how unrewarding, messy, or impossible it seemed at times, I managed to get through those challenges, but it wouldn’t have been possible without the connections I made, and a lot of them were here. In an episode of BoJack Horseman, BoJack writes to Kelsey, “Kelsey, in this terrifying world, all we have are the connections that we make.” So if you’re reading this, thank you for being an extended family. Every act of kindness, care, consideration, gentleness, humor and empathy was noticed and tucked away in my heart. 🫡

If I could wish for one, it would be a calm kind of miracle: peace in my heart, financial stability, and entering the new year without carrying old heaviness with me. Something like Planet Caravan by Black Sabbath. A better version of me is all i need as a miracle. 🌲🌌
