I have send the email but they are not replying me

Someone has hacked my account and changed the email and also mobile number. When i tried to login it shows invalid credentials and when i send email to support they dont give me reply and if they are replying they are saying we cant help you there but someone has hacked my account changed every verification please help me to recover my account
