  1. I had self-excluded my account indefinitely (I did it thinking I could reopen it whenever I wanted, unfortunately). When I spoke with the support team, they told me I had to wait 6 months. Now that 6 months have passed, I'm waiting for approval to reactivate my account. Does anyone know how long this approval process takes? I think it would be helpful information for those who made the same silly mistake as I did.
