i started exactly one week before multi race was cancelled with promos and i was ready to start with multi race in the next week. i readed all infos, got explainations from others and was hyped and then...bye bye multi race 🙈 i would love when it comes back again!

sadly no one will do anything for you in that case. you just are unable to play promos now for ~4-6 weeks until they give you the option back (if you continue playing normally like always). This system is stupid and in our promo friends group we have few ppl with the same bann (and some of them got the option back already). Long story short: you get nothing for finished promos after your mail and no one will change it. What you can still do: Slothunt in Challenges chat. All other promos are dead now until you get the next mail with change.
