Mi nombre de usuario es Florencia2288 tengo 37 años y cumplo con los requisitos solicitados de residencia y habla.
Me interesa mucho sumarme al equipo como moderadora. Me considero una persona sumamente sociable, con mucha facilidad para conectar con la gente, mantener un ambiente positivo en el chat y trabajar en equipo.
Aunque sería mi primera experiencia directa en el mundo de los casinos, cuento con un recorrido largo y sólido en atención al cliente, soporte comercial y técnico dentro de una empresa multinacional. Mi fuerte es la resolución de problemas y, sobre todo, tengo muchísima paciencia para manejar situaciones de todo tipo con mucho respeto.
¿Por qué encajaría?
En mi trabajo actual pasé por tres puestos distintos, tanto por convocatoria interna como por elección propia. Esto demuestra que aprendo rápido y me ajusto de inmediato a lo que el equipo necesite.
Compromiso con las normas: Me gusta seguir las reglas y no las rompo; entiendo que en un casino el orden y la transparencia son fundamentales.
Disponibilidad total: Mi rutina no interfiere con ningún horario, por lo que tengo total libertad para cumplir con los turnos que hagan falta.
Responsabilidad: Me tomo este trabajo con mucha seriedad. Entiendo perfectamente la importancia de la posición y tengo el compromiso de dar lo mejor de mí desde el primer día, sobre todo porque lo necesito.

Me encargo de organizar y distribuir las actividades semanales/mensuales y trimestrales, asesorar y contribuir siendo pares con miembros de mi equipo.

Paso 12hs de lunes a viernes trabajando frente a la pc, así que estoy acostumbrado a largas jornadas.

Modere hace años chats de diferentes tipos, manteniendo orden y el respeto entre pares.

¿Por qué crees que encajarías bien?

Creo que soy uno de los pocos que desde hace rato detecta que hay huecos o brechas, donde el chat es un descontrol y no solo genera incomodidad en el resto de usuarios, sino que se hace imposible mantener una conversación o pasar el rato en el chat español como pasaba hace 2 o 3 años cuando comence acá. Yo mismo muchas veces soy activo en el casino jugando, pero con el chat cerrado porque es insostenible leer mendigos, gente que rompe las reglas y que no para de desvirtuar un chat que a mi parecer, tendría que ser para conversar con el resto de jugadores.

La idea es poder darle una mano a ghita y maverick, complementar con ellos cubriendolos en los momentos donde estén descansando o que no puedan estar 100% enfocados en el chat. Hace rato que vengo comentando que hay espacios donde si o si hace falta un moderador, yo más de una vez tuve que irme a otro canal a buscar alguno que estuviera disponible para poder mantener orden.

Gracias por considerar esto, es super necesaria una persona mas.

Tengo experiencia moderando chat en plataformas de Stream... como Twitch y Kick....

Mi disponibilidad horaria es 24/7 .... me la paso todo el dia en la plataforma! puedo moderar tanto de noche, como de dia... ¡no tengo problemas con el horario! 
 
Creo que seria una buena opción, ya que desde que llegue a la plataforma (2 años) ... nunca tuve ningun problema con nadie en el chat ... y tengo buena relación con todos! (lo pueden comprobar con los mods actuales) ... seria una gran oportunidad para mi, ya que conosco todas las reglas y me encantaria hacerlo ... cuando estaban buscando moderadores para otros canales, ya me queria postular para moderar el chat español, pero todabia no estában buscando gente! ... asi que ojala me tengan en cuenta! ... ¡muchas gracias!

Queria agregar ... que gane el premio al mas amigable del chat , 3 veces en un lapso de 6, 7 meses aprox ... lo que significa que soy un buen usuario y hago las cosas bien!
