    Hey team Stake πŸ™‚ My Stake username is jaimandal13. I usually spend around 5 to 7 hours daily in chat, but I can definitely increase that if I’m selected as a moderator. I’ve been highly active on Stake for the last few years, and on most days I’m online for long hours interacting with the community. A moderator’s job, in my opinion, is to keep the chat positive, active, and respectful while making sure the rules are followed fairly. It’s also important to help users when needed, handle spam or toxic behavior calmly, and maintain a good atmosphere so everyone enjoys being part of the community. I want to become a moderator because I genuinely enjoy interacting with the Indian community on Stake and I feel I can contribute positively to the chat environment. I have also been a casino streamer myself, so I already have experience handling and managing large audiences, keeping chats under control, and maintaining good community engagement during streams. Because of this, I understand how to deal with different situations professionally while still keeping the vibe friendly and welcoming. I have never been warned, muted, or banned on Stake. I also have moderation experience on several Discord communities, including servers for high-value streamers. I’ve helped manage chats, handle community issues, maintain discipline, and keep conversations active and respectful. And yes, I’m fully comfortable working nighttime shifts as well.
