I really appreciate the opportunity to share some thoughts on potential new challenges and promotions. It’s great to see how much Stake values input from the community, so I’m excited to offer a few suggestions.
1. Holiday-Themed Promotions
With the festive season approaching, I’m looking forward to seeing what kind of Christmas promotions you’ll be running. Beyond Christmas, it would also be fantastic to see more country-specific festivals highlighted with unique promotions. For example, Chinese New Year is only a few months away, and there’s a lot of potential for creative challenges, such as:
>> Red Envelope Giveaway: Players could receive random bonuses or prizes for completing certain tasks during the event period.
>> Zodiac-Themed Challenges: Set up a competition where players aim for specific multipliers or combinations in zodiac-themed games.
>> Dragon’s Quest: A fun event where players accumulate points by completing various in-game tasks, with rewards unlocked at different milestones.
These kinds of events would allow players from different regions to feel acknowledged and celebrated during their national holidays.
2. Poker Promotions
Since poker is still relatively new on Stake, now might be a good time to introduce more poker-specific challenges to engage both new and experienced players. While I’ve noticed that freerolls and bounty tournaments are already in place, I think there’s still room for additional activities, such as:
>> Poker Marathon: A challenge where players are rewarded for participating in a certain number of hands or tournaments over a week, encouraging consistent play rather than focusing solely on wins.
>> Sit & Go Leaderboards: Creating a leaderboard specifically for Sit & Go tournaments could add an extra layer of competition, rewarding players who perform consistently well over time.
These kinds of promotions could help grow the poker community on Stake and keep things exciting for players.
3. Rake Adjustment
On a personal note, I’d like to suggest a review of the current poker rake. At the moment, it feels a bit high compared to what other platforms offer. Many poker sites that have higher rake levels often provide progressive jackpots or other incentives funded by the rake, which adds more value for players. Lowering the rake slightly or introducing rake-funded jackpots could make Stake’s poker offering more competitive and appealing to a wider audience.
Thanks again for considering the community’s feedback. I’m really looking forward to seeing what new and exciting promotions are on the way, especially as we head into the holiday season and beyond!
