Life can feel incredibly heavy sometimes , especially when you’re trying to find your place in it, I've experienced it on my own so many times. Just know that you’re not alone in feeling lost or isolated, a lot of people go through that phase, even if they don’t talk about it. Depression feels like a kind of chronic disorientation in space and time. If you once had a compass ,imagine its needle as your heart guiding your direction , it’s like that compass breaks. You start feeling dizzy, uncertain, unable to put thoughts into words. I’ve felt that way too, like I didn’t know where I was or where I belonged. But you have to give yourself a chance and start again. You’ve already shown a lot of strength by being honest and reaching out. That takes courage. Trust me, we all have our own demons, and it all requires a lot of strength to fight them. Things can and will get better, even if it’s little by little. Try to take small steps, go out a bit more often, talk to someone new, and pick up a small hobby that makes you feel alive again.
