Dear Stake Support Team,I am writing to formally complain about the significant delay in reward distribution for the recent event.The event clearly stated that rewards would be distributed within 72 hours after the event ended. However, it has now far exceeded 72 hours and is approaching 96 hours. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but they only instructed me to keep waiting and stated that they do not have the authority to contact the community manager.Could you please personally reach out to the community manager and inform them that the rewards for this event have still not been distributed?This was my first time participating in such an activity and achieving a ranking, which was not easy at all. Unfortunately, this has been the worst experience I have had on Stake in all my years as a user.I simply want to receive the reward that rightfully belongs to me as soon as possible. Even if this reward seems insignificant to you, I expect the platform to honor its own terms. You promised distribution within 72 hours β it should have been fulfilled within that timeframe.I kindly request your urgent attention and a prompt resolution.Thank you.
