Hi everyone,
I am facing a serious issue with my recent INR deposit via UPI, and I want to know how many others are dealing with the exact same problem right now.
I recently deposited ₹5,000 INR via UPI. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account. However, Stake cancelled the transaction. When I reached out to Stake Support, they closed my enquiry stating that the "funds did not reach us" and instructed me to ask my bank for a refund.
The problem is that my bank has confirmed the payment was successfully sent to the payment provider. Because the transaction was completed successfully via UPI, the bank has stated they cannot reverse or refund it from their end. I am now stuck in a loop where Stake says contact the bank, and the bank says the payment is already delivered to the provider.
