Yes, I have been warned muted for 1 hour during the initial days when i was a new user. However after that I adhered to the chat guidelines and was never muted or banned .

No, I have not been a moderator yet, however I have worked in a webchat environment as customer service representative.
7.Are you prepared to work at nighttime?
> Yes, I am comfortable with night shifts as I am a night person and all the jobs I have done soo far was either a graveyard shift or a complete night sift.
