I don't think any of this is Stake's fault, obviously the blame fully goes on Evolution here unless they can prove that you placed the bet. It's an interesting case especially if multiple people have complained at the same thing; and I hope that Stake do make a comment about it soon because it's completely unacceptable.

If you're strapped for cash, that's a huge incentive. Google, Microsoft, Apple etc already have all your information and it's honestly very hard to go on the internet and not have some form of information on you.
