Hello @LazarL, the live support directed me to my VIP Host and unfortunately my host told me, that only the marketing team would be in charge of that. So i took my shot and tried to reach out to someone here. There might be an additional way i could go? Kind regards!

Cant really say i have a specific strategy but heres how i usually play: -9 tiles on hard -Do not switch pattern -Do not switch seeds -Only adjusting betsizes (Over the time you are able to tell if a betsize is hot) Guessing i allready had like 500 x 500x on different betsizes since i started playing on stake.
