I would like to raise a concern regarding my account. This week, I have already incurred a loss of around 100 USD, and my total wagering has reached approximately 2,500 USD. My account is currently at the Gold VIP level, yet the bonus I received does not seem fair or proportionate to my activity.
I believe I am not being treated equally compared to other players, which feels like discrimination. This has caused me great disappointment, and I feel that my loyalty as a customer is not being valued.
I kindly request you to review my account activity, reconsider the bonuses provided, and ensure fair treatment moving forward.
