Hi guys. I'm about to reach gold. But I'm very confused about completing the silver today because if i get the level up bonus that will decrease my losses and the monthly bonus I'll recieve will be pretty less. So shall i wait till I recieve the monthly or what?? Please help me out. Thanks.

1. My stake username is Mastigang. 2. I'll be honest I usually spend around 6-8 hours. I can't be spendi more than that as it's practically not really feasible to be active for more than 10-12 hours. 3. I believe the word "moderator" is the job description in itself. A moderator is supposed to moderate the chat and make sure that chat is respectful and harmless. One of major roles of a moderator is to remind the users about the rules and regulations time and again and if needed, ban them. This includes enforcing rules, resolving conflicts, answering questions, assisting users, and ensuring the conversation stays on track and welcoming for everyone. 4. I find it pretty fun to be a part of this community and I'm amazing with hindi english as well as urdu language. I honestly don't take the chat box to be all business. I'm mostly there to interact with people, ask questions, learn things and discuss strategies. It's been almost a year for me over here and I can't complain. I'm well versed with the rules and I'll make sure that the rules are being followed and the dignity is being maintained. 5. I haven't been banned. I've always been respectful so the chances of that happening is very low. I won't lie I've been muted for asking for tip. And I'm embarrassed about it. Losses can get into our head sometimes. I'll make sure to never repeat it again. 6. I haven't been a moderator anywhere. I used to the group admin of cinema group(it has 1000+ members ) but i don't if that counts. But I'm sure I'll make a good one. 7. I'm absolutely comfortable with that. I'd definitely love to work at night time. I do not have a hectic schedule so I can be pretty flexible with the hours. Yeah ig my losses are still manageable so I'll just quit. This thing is already draining me mentally. I was always it wasn't for me, but man. Life's weird. I don't think I'm gonna recover the losses. Mines destroyed my peace. I tried to recover and in order to do so, I deposited and lost more. What should I do? The loss isn't that big to put me in depression or anything but it's enough to make me feel sad and question my decisions of being here. Drop your suggestions and please don't give your honest and serious opinions. It's not funny for me. Thanks already.
