I’m writing to you because I’m really struggling with my account recovery, and the recovery agents haven’t been cooperating properly.
A few weeks ago, my device was stolen (I believe by a friend), and during that time a 2FA was added to my Stake account without my permission. I have successfully recovered my original Gmail that is linked to the account, but I still cannot access the account due to the enabled 2FA.
I have my identity documents and all required proofs, except for the crypto wallet transaction screenshots. The wallet I used for deposits and withdrawals was a decentralized wallet that I used only as a medium for security purposes. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that wallet, so I’m unable to provide those transaction screenshots.
However, instead of that, I can provide my complete INR deposit history along with other strong proofs that clearly show the account belongs to me.
This is a very high-level Platinum 6 account, and I have invested a significant amount of money into it. I kindly request you to personally look into this matter and help me recover my account.
