Tis the night before Christmas, and all through the den
Not a creature was stirring β not even your friends.
The stockings were hung by the chimney with flair
In hopes that St. Nick would soon drop some rare
But little did they know, this Christmas would be wild β
Not your average carols, cocoa, and child.
A snowstorm was brewing, the wind howled like a beast,
And something outside had disturbed the peace.
From deep in the woods came a jingling sound,
But the sleigh wasnβt flying β it crashed to the ground.
With a puff of cold magic and soot-covered coat,
Santa stood up and let out a gloat:
*βIβve lost all the gifts, and my reindeer are spooked!β*
But then he saw you and instantly looked.
*βYou there by the fire β with courage and heart,*
*Will you help me finish what I failed to start?β*
