2. How much time on average do you spend on chat every day?
I spend around 6 to 10 hours daily in the chat sometimes even more when I’m fully immersed. I’m consistently active throughout the day and often late at night. I don’t just participate I observe, guide, and try to be someone others can look to when they need help, clarity, or just a good conversation.
3. Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?
A moderator is a leader within the chat responsible for upholding the platform’s values, maintaining a respectful environment, and ensuring everyone has a positive experience. It’s about protecting the space from spam, abuse, or negativity, while also supporting users, answering questions, and being a steady, calm presence. A great mod keeps the energy balanced while also building trust with the community.
4. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?
Because I see the value of this community and I want to help it grow in the right direction. I’ve always been someone who steps up when needed, and I believe my presence, language skills, and understanding of the culture can make a real difference in the Indian chat. I want to create a space that feels safe, fair, and active for everyone whether they’re regulars or new to the platform.
5. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned?
No, I’ve always maintained a clean and respectful presence in chat. I understand the responsibility that comes with being part of a large community, and I’ve always held myself to a high standard both in behavior and how I treat others.
6. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?
Yes, I’ve worked as a moderator in high-traffic Telegram and Discord communities focused on crypto, gaming, and social engagement. My responsibilities included managing user disputes, handling spam/scam attempts, keeping the chat organized, and staying cool under pressure. I’ve gained a lot of experience in dealing with fast-paced environments and making fair decisions quickly.
7. Are you prepared to work at nighttime?
Yes, definitely. I'm fully available during nighttime hours, which I know are crucial for coverage especially for the Indian chat. I actually prefer working at night: the energy is different, and I’m able to focus more and be consistent. I’m more than ready to commit to those hours if needed.
