  2. I want to explain a situation that happened in a recent Stake competition (conquer the casino) and why I genuinely believe the final result was handled unfairly. The competition rules clearly state: “The Big Wins prize goes to the largest pay-out on each selected game.” It also specifically says: “When Players place a Big Win, the result is locked in with the crypto value at the time. As a result this can display a higher amount than others due to the difference in the value of the bet when it was placed.” To me, this means that even very small differences in value matter, and that the leaderboard ranking is determined by the exact crypto value at the time the bet was placed. During the competition, I spent a lot of time analyzing how the leaderboard worked. I realized that tiny differences in exchange rates and crypto values affected the final payout amounts, especially when using KWD. At one point, I was sitting at #2 on the leaderboard. Because the differences between players were extremely small, I contacted support early in the competition to ask for clarification about how winners would be determined. I specifically wanted to know whether equal-looking wins would be treated as ties, or whether the exact payout value and leaderboard position mattered. The response I received from support made it clear that: being #2 was not enough, even the smallest payout differences mattered, and that if I wanted to secure first place, I needed to continue playing and overtake the player above me on the leaderboard. Based on that information, I continued chasing higher values and trying to improve my position. I spent a significant amount of money continuing to play because I believed that only the true highest payout would win outright. Eventually, I managed to reach #1 on the leaderboard with the highest displayed payout. However, after the competition ended, the prize was suddenly split between 4 players instead. That is what I believe is unfair. If tied payouts were always going to be shared regardless of leaderboard position or exact payout differences, then: the wording in the rules becomes very misleading, the leaderboard itself becomes misleading, and the information I received from support was also misleading. Most importantly, I would never have continued risking additional money trying to overtake others and secure #1 if I had known that the top positions would simply be grouped together and split equally in the end. @DragoslavP , @NemanjaPi, @BratislavK
  3. Is there any updates or news about this? Ended almost 1 week ago. I understand that it is a technical issue, but it also effects the ongoing promotion. No leaderboard has been published. I understand that you probably dont want to publish a new leaderboard before the previous has been payed out, but you should update it on stake atleast? @NemanjaPi
